Event is open to registered attendees only. Photo ID required for admission. No one under 18 admitted. All payments must be received by the above dates or the next price is in effect.

Special Group Discounts:
The first three conference registrants pay full price, the fourth person from the same organization, will receive 50% off their registration fee (applies only to full conference passes). Every fourth registered attendee thereafter will also received 50% off their ticket price. Discounts will be automatically applied when registering people at same time. No discounts offered if employees are not registered at same time. Additional discount offer codes can not be combined.

Corporate or Government Purchase Orders are accepted via pre-payment by October 1, 2012 only.

All coupons are set to expire on Oct 22 at midnight eastern time.

No student or non-profit organization rates are available.

Registrations are not complete until payment is received. All payments must be received by the cut off dates above.

Multiple discount offers may not be combined.

If you need to pay by check, checks must be received and cleared by the dates listed above or the next higher price is in effect (no exceptions). To pay by check, please fill out a registeration and click the "pay manually" option on the final checkout screen.

Credit Card orders by fax are available, but incur a $10 processing fee and we use the exact same form as the online form to process (so if you can't get it to process, neither can we).

You are not considered registered until payment is received.

Refund, Cancellations, and Substitutions Policy:
Registration cancellations received prior to Sept-25-2012 incur a 25% processing/administrative fee. Cancellations after Sept-25-2012 are non-refundable. Substitutions allowed prior to Oct-12-2012 with written or Faxed authorization only. No substitutions after Oct 12.
All attendees must have Photo ID to check into conference. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after event. If you must cancel for any reason, notify our registration department by Sept 25, 2012.

If you have a disability and require special assistance, please call registration at 1-512-686-1295 by Sept 14, 2012. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend the conference, including infants. Event is open only to trade participants and is not open to the public. Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited. Attendee consents to any recording of the event by PubCon/WebmasterWorld or its designees.
